Hi there, fcm9. Welcome to the forum. As to what is the best, that is not something anyone can decide for you besides yourself. There are so many things out there. But if you’re talking about [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) you can try lots of things here, and they are very effective. They are made to create different perceptions, or different reactions in others. If you’ll tell us a little about yourself and what you hope to achieve with pheromones we can recommend some things that you’ll find interesting. What do you hope to get out of pheromones? Are you shy, or outgoing? Do you have a particular target person in mind? Do you plan to use pheros for work, socializing, romance? Thanks for taking the time to tell us more. HI SAlem, Welcome to the community. Like DJ and MW said, we need more information from you in order for us to help you better. Tell us more the about your purpose of using pheromones. Could it b for respect, ltr, feel good, sexual or others? WHat is your personlaity? Shy or outgoing? Do you have anybody as your target in particular? Who are they?
