Hello everyone, My name is Jim and I am from New Jersey. I am 26 years old. I found this forum while researching about Pherlure. I read a lot of bad reviews and almost gave up on the whole idea of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) until I found this forum. I’m a good looking guy, but can be shy around women unless I have a good amount of booze in me then I really loosen up. I’ve been told that I have a pretty outgoing personality, but I have a hard time just walking up to an attractive woman and striking up a conversation, like I am sure many men do. Anything to make attracting beautiful women easier is always welcomed. I figured it can’t hurt to give pheromones a go. Especially since I have read so many success stories so far on this forum. What do I buy? A314? Is there a standard combo that you recommend starting out with? I have read quite a few threads already and I have to say I am really intrigued. Thanks everyone! Jim ---

Hey Jim and welcome to the forum! ammo is always a nice mone to start off with. In addition, I recommend some [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and IO. Shine makes you stand out in a crowd and will make people feel happy around you. It has also been said to give the user more self confidence. Openness is a great mone for getting conversations started. It makes you and the people around you more talkative. Hope this helps. (EDIT) Sorry everyone I meant to write ammo. I’m in a very similar situation to you, and I just joined a few days ago after doing some Pherlure research. Small world! Everyone who helped me recommended the following: [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) - people feel comfortable around you Instant Shine - general feel-good, confident feeling Instant Honesty - loose, honest conversation They also tell me that A314 is rather heavy-duty, and recommended that I should start out a little slower with the 3 above. My first shipment is due on Tuesday, and I’m as excited as can be. Hope you are too! ---

Hello Jim! Welcome to the forum! I’ve seen that the guys already gave you many info. Anyway, I wish to add that beside Instant Shine, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), you could also try AMMO instead of A314. I think that for your purpose, it may work better, but it’s just my idea :-). See ya Franz ---

Thanks for the help guys. I think I am going to start with: Shine, Openness and AMMO. Looks like a solid combo for what I am looking for. How much would you recommend spraying of each starting out? It sounds like you don’t want that over powering smell or anything. Just something very subtle. I guess spray on the wrists, chest, neck and behind ears are the key spots? Thanks again. ---

Usually, the rule of thumb its to use a single spray and observe the results. Then 2, observe… rinse and repeat as necessary until you find what works for you. Also, just a tip based off of what I did: I bought three To-Go bottles, rather than 3 full-sized. Came out much cheaper, obviously, and it’s letting me get a feel for what I like before I commit over $100 to something I might not be into. Everyone here knows they work, but it might give you more security just in case. ---
