I tried the IS yesterday. I wore 2 sprays (I applied it to my neck and rubbed it in with my right wrist) in the morning to run errands, and I wore two sprays to my class final where we all sat in a circle and had to talk (like 60 students, two tutors and our professor).

I do not think it could have all been in my head that I felt more confident. I was not as anxious about talking in front of a big group, and I felt great. I’m a happy person, but this was like happy and outgoing. It was nice.
