hello, im a 29 year old college student in need of a confidence booster and maybe a little help when it comes to the ladies. I wouldn’t say im shy, but i do get a little nervous when talking to people i dont know and especially when trying to talk to the ladies. Im not here in hopes of going out and getting laid or becoming some type of sex magnet, im just looking for something that can help boost my confidence and help get me noticed a little more from the ladies, something that will make them want to interact with me more and ease any tensions that might be present. I’d suggest you look at Ammo, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), IO, and IG. Ammo - broad based social, sexy, masculine mix of the three primary pheros. Wide usage range. Instant Shine - happy/feelgood and socially confident. True all round phero. Helps make you good to be around. Goes superbly with Ammo. IO - promotes flowing conversation. Helps you talk to people and makes you more approachable. IG - smart, smooth/suave status product. Helps make a very good impression and is far more sociable than other status products that can appear standoffish on a quieter guy. And yes, you can use cologne alongside pheros. Ammo in the only one in a distinct cologne scent. The rest are in Neroli, which is a light orange blossom scent that settles light by about half an hour after application and can be covered/complements many colognes. Simply leave a couple of minutes between each phero/cologne layer to let the solvent evaporate before spraying the next. It is only oil based pheros that need to be kept apart as spraying on them can affect diffusion. ---

Welcome to Pherotalk! Mobo just said it all. Once you discovered these products you will be able to mix. I recommend to start with the ‘‘To-Go’’ size so you can try different products. Yes, you can use them as cologne but mones are for something specific. If you go out or going in bars or date. I don’t see any interest of wearing AMMO or TUTH when going to a dinner with your familly. The only thing I wear as cologne is A314. ---
