For the dosage, start low first and start a single product first. So Try Ammo one spray for a few days, get used to its effects and then increase from there. Once you say you understand Ammo, then try IO and adding it on, or you can get to know each one of these products separately first. Be aware though, too much Ammo or TUTH may be a bad thing and repel girls and guys from you because of the already high none content that you are producing right now. So less is more and don’t go overboard.
