Hey there! My name is David and I am just starting college. I decided to look into [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) to make me more confident around women because I was extremely awkward throughout high school. I was hoping to get some advice on what mones I should start with. ---

Hi David, welcome. Ammo is a great place to start. It is an attractor pheromone that is geared to catch the ladies’ attention without being too sexual. It is also buffered enough not to give off a horn-dog vibe. The cornerstone phero for new users. Try some [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) as well. It is a wonderful, feel-good mix, and is one of my very favorites. It makes people feel cheerful, happier, and glad to be around you. It would help if we knew more about you. Are you shy or outgoing? I’m really shy when it comes to girls, but I have an uncanny ability to make an almost instant friendship with any guy I talk to. I am kind of self conscious about my looks which is why I have trouble approaching women and I am not all that outgoing (I don’t like dances and parties) but I love hanging out with friends. There is no particular target I just want a confidence boost for future persuits 🙂 I also wondered if you can mix pheromones or if that is a no-no? ---

Hey, welcome and yes you can apply pheromones over other pheromones on your skin (even on the same spot.) I’m also very self conscious about my looks and shy, and for me high -none products along with high Androsterone products like A314 tend to really raise my self confidence, so that paired with socials like IO, IH, and IS really make me more approachable and help break the ice. Instant Shine (x2 concentration), Instant Openness (x2), and [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). Should not need -none you are making plenty; if you want to try it use Ammunition because it is well buffered. Welcome aboard. ---

Hey mexistache, welcome to the forums. I think mikotorocks has it right. I think you’re probably shy around women because you may be hung up on making them like you, or some other outcome. Start approaching and talking to women with just the intention of talking to them and getting comfortable around them. Once you realise that women are just people too, it’ll be easier. Also remember that it’s perfectly normal and OK for a guy to feel sexual desire for a woman. Nothing to be ashamed of about that, and in fact women enjoy feeling desired by a guy with a good personality. ---

I just thought I’d let everyone know that I made my first order. I decided on IJ TO-GO and CTTM TO-GO. If these work for me I will step up to a full sized AMMO bottle (I didn’t get AMMO TO-GO because I wanted to test at an upcoming event and I couldn’t wait for them to re-stock) Unfortunately international shipping is expensive so I’m afraid even if these do work, I won’t be able to support my habit 🙂 * * * Edit- With my free GC I just ordered TUTH and I am seriously excited to try these things out! ---
