Hey everyone! It’s a pleasure to make your acquaintance. I’m a 22 year old guy from the OC area of California. I recently found this site and the forums after reading reviews of some sort of Zest bodywash product that claimed to be “[pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) enhanced.” After reading about what a crock that was I enjoyed reading all the forum posts about different mixes and other effects. Although pretty quick to believe this still nothing more than mumbo jumbo or placebo effects I was interested in seeing for myself. I very quickly purchased a shipment of Ammo, based on the fact it seemed to have garnered the most positive reviews. I got it yesterday and while I did not quite perform a baptism (Only 2 Sprays to the wrists) I did seem to get treated somewhat more affectionately by some lady friends I have. I also received a bottle of P 130. I have no idea what it is supposed to do even after trolling the forums a bunch. I am excited to see where these products take me. I am big into self help and always incorporating practices and positive thinking into my life. I would like for these products to help me be more comfortable with myself, Confident and less anxious around pretty ladies. If any of you can suggest tips for reaching these goals or just tell me what P 130 is meant to accomplish I would be very pleased. Also if you can give me suggestions for applying Ammo I would also be grateful. ---

Welcome. One tip - you will notice pheromone effects most strongly with people who don’t already have a well-formed impression of you. Get out and try the ammo on some new people. For the P-130, try it out by itself and see what happens. Then report back on the forum. That’s how they try out new, possibly active [pheromone molecules](https://pheromonelabs.com/). ---
