Hello guys, I’m a male from Portugal, and lately I’ve been very interested in [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/), its uses and way of interacting with human behaviour and feelings. I’ve found out about this forum and the shop by searching at google, and by the time i was done reading the first newbies thread I knew I’ve found what I was looking for. Thanks everyone for your warm welcome! Trying to answer to your questions, my main interest is curiosity. I’ve always looked to pheromones as another internet hoax without any scientific basis and fundament, but after searching a little more into it, and after so many testimonials I though I’d give it a try to build my own opinion on it. I’m not the best person to describe myself and my personality but I consider that I am an outgoing guy, despite I’m usually shy and reserved when I don’t know the person very well. So firstly I’ll be looking into the social/[sexual pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/sensual-pheromones/) to see if I can attract more women and with more openness than usual.. I’m a bit curious to see the reaction that it might cause. In a second phase, I’ll be trying to mix diferent pheromones accordingly to some charts I’ve seen here in pheromonetalk. From what I’ve read so far Ammo seems to be the one I should get to start.. Can anyone advise me in case I’m wrong? I know this is not an exact science, but I’m willing to give it a try. BTW: Thanks to everyone with the help given to newbies at this, as it seems I can pretty much gather enough information I need to start my pheromones experiences. ---

Thanks for more information and clarifying what you need devix. You are absolutely correct, [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is a great start especially for someone who is looking to social more and can be shy from time to time. Ammo gives a confidence boast and also gives off that strong, masculine vibe that lets the ladies know you are interested. Instant openness is a great ice breaker, ppl tend to be very chatty around you while wearing this.
