Hi everybody, my name is Pedro and I’m from Portugal. I’m a 28 year old male. I’ve tried some time ago [pheromones](https://a314.com/) (vendors from Portugal), with some results… Although I have some small questions 😕, the main reasons why I want to find some good pheromones, is to improve things at work and social relationships in general, get chicks more easily 😃, and also to fell better, more self-assured and energetic. So the big question is: I don’t know if there is some mixes that will do the trick, and witch of then to try. I’ve been watching _ **Phero Color Chart by MuskCloud** _ ([Phero color chart by MuskCloud: a visual guide to choosing mixes](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/phero-color-chart-by-muskcloud/1833)) **, _“Alfa A314”_ and _“Turn up the heat”_, seems a pretty good solution. Hi Ptav, welcome to the forum! I think [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) would be a good product to start with. It’s an all-in-one, easy to use, and most people seem to get results with it. ---

I’m very tenting to chose those 😃… but there are some comments on the forum that make me think that’s probably not a good start…😕 ---

A314 is more subtle. It’s got a kind of fatherly, responsible middle-aged guy vibe to it. I find it very appealing, personally, but I’m middle-aged myself! Tuth is fantastic in the right circumstances, but for most guys your age it would be most useful in club environments or _very_ intimate circumstances. Not to wear just everyday, out and about, unless you are seriously androstenone deficient. Certainly the 2 combined would be great - they balance each other - yet, compared to Ammo, it might take you a bit longer to work out what they’re doing and how to dose each of them. I’m sure you could make good use of all 3! 😃 ---
