Hello and thank you for the generous offer. Single female, 40-something, San Francisco, CA, US. I am here primarily to learn about [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) and hopefully to get some education so that I can learn to make some of my own pheromone fragrances.

Some questions that I have to start

1. How are human pheromones manufactured? Are they synthetic?
2. How are different kinds created?
3. How do you learn to mix them?
4. Are they consistent in their formulations or do they vary in some way from batch to batch

\*\*\* ps. well I’ve been jumping around from post to post for the last 30 minutes, and I have no idea what ya’ll are talkin’ about, with nones and tals and tahs and shines and such, but this is really a hoot. I bet there isn’t a happier forum on the whole internet. I’m tickled! I mean, honestly? could they be leaking through my screen?

Hi Christina

I moved you post down here to the intro section. You had placed it in another thread and I didnt want you to miss out on getting a GC.

Some questions that I have to start

**1. How are [human pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) manufactured? Are they synthetic?**

Yes all mones here are synthetic. No animal products have been used but they do use some organic musks\*\*.\*\* All mones sold here are American made. Mones from places like China can be animal mones or impure.

**2. How are different kinds created?**

Its very complicated but basically they take a molecule like anol for instance and make a chemical duplicate. Some mones they can get from various other compounds and strip down and clean all the impurities out. It really depends on which molecule we are talking about. Jazzy the owner could give you a better take on this question but there are so many different mones derived from different methods it would be tough to explain them all here.

**3. How do you learn to mix them?**

Well the consumer mixes already come mixed for you. Learning to make your own mixes takes experience and knowledge of what each mone will do at what quantity and how they react to one another. You need to learn to buffer and steer with other molecules. You can learn alot about that in here but it takes alot of years and experimentation. There are alot of molecules to learn about. I have been considered an expert and am going on 9 years of using them and 4 years of studying them and there is still so much to learn. You also need to learn about diffusion and sillage and about the best substances to carry the mones.

**4. Are they consistent in their formulations or do they vary in some way from batch to batch**

Yes they have lab techs and a new machine Jasmin was telling us about that gets them perfect each time. If there is a change in formula they usually tell us. The products are consistant here. Androtics also has the only dosed mones. This means that if you buy a product and it says it has 2.5 mcg of anol per spray. Every spray will have that amount all the way through. How this was acheived is a trade secret but most other products the dose will vary.

If you have any questions just let me know, but now it is my turn 😃

Can you tell us a bit about your personality and objective for mones ? Even though your looking to make them these questions will get you qualified for a GC to the store.

How did you discover mone use and this forum ?

Looking forward to your reply

Tisha

Hey there Christina and welcome to the forums! Glad we could provide you with a good chuckle. 😉 So what got you interested in pheromones in the first place? As for the abbreviations, they are alot easier to use than the full title when you get used to them. Such as -none stands for androstenone, which would get really old typing out all the time. :o

So what kind of perfume were you hoping to mix your pheromones with, since your interested in making a fragrance? Are you a perfume enthusiast? 🙄 If so, you should catch up with Denec in the forums… knows more about colognes than anyone i’ve ever talked to.

So as tisha and robbie mentioned, we could use a bit more information about you. Hope to hear from you soon and to see you around the forums! Cheers!

Hi Tisha! Thanks for moving my post to the right place. I appreciate it. And thank you so much for all your answers.

Hmmm… Years of studying? Perhaps I’ll take it up as a hobby. But I am willing to learn. I guess I’ll just take it one step at a time.

And hello to Robbie and Mr. Feel Good!

This is such a friendly community. I love it.

Ok now to your questions.

How I found this site: Google. Although I can’t recall the search terms that I used. But in the search results it looked like the most likely place to get some information. So now I’m here.

My Personality? That’s hard to say. Shy at first and then open once I get to know you. Not much for crowds or social gatherings. Prefer one-on-one, communication with depth…

My interest in pheromones…

I have a long standing interest in therapeutic grade essential oils. Been using them for years. I blend them for bath salts and and massage oils. My focus is sensuality. I thought that I’d look into adding pheromones to my products or selling some pheromone fragrances.

I picked up a couple of samples at a trade show that I thought I’d private label but I have a tendency to 1. be an ‘ingredient nazi’ (so effectionately called by one of my reps) and 2. need to be absolutely assured of the quality.

After reading through this forum a bit, I’ve had a bit of a reality check (the value of education). It doesn’t look like I should put some random [pheromone product](https://a314.com/shop/) in my store. And now I also understand why my own experience with the samples that I have has not been consistent.

I thought I could make my own which would satisfy my own need to sell a quality product but if it is as complicated as it appears to be I’m not sure that I have the time.

I’d love to find one for myself that I could wear and I think it’s very cool how people mix and layer them with so much intention. It’s almost like an art form. If anyone wants to make a suggestion for me, there is one place that I would wear them every week. I go target shooting every week and OMG it’s just awesome. All men except for a couple of females. I always have a good time but I can never make a connection with anybody there. Everyone is always in combat mode. Rightly so considering all the firearms, but still it would be nice to have a conversation with somebody from time to time. Any suggestions?

As for selling a pheromone product or learning to formulate one, I’m not sure where to go from here…

I hope I have answered all your questions. Feel free to ask more!

The products here are of the highest quality. Read though Jasmine’s posts and you’ll see how picky they are. As a beginner, you’re going to see a much higher success rate with the commercial products than by attempting to make your own, but in the end, it’s up to you.

Personally, I recommend Instant shine to up your confidence levels and [Instant Sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) version A (Angelina Jolie vibe) to get those guys to point their guns your way. 🙂 Tisha, the goddess of hypnotizing avatars and all things pheromonal will probably offer some great advice when she pops back in (waiting for the _pop_)

Have fun here, and easy with that Uzi, kitten!

Hey there, Glad you found the thread,
I couldnt PM you about moving it. 😃

Yes there is a ton of information to learn but I am sure you will pick up on it quickly. You can make your own basic blends to sell in your products and just call them “[Pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) enhanced” this way your not selling mones but just enhanced versions of your own products. Then when your more experienced with the mones you can work on a Pheromone mix if you wanted. All the raw materials are here but you cant use the consumer products in there though cause of the trademark. Take your time and think about it. I didnt want to discourage you, just make you aware that its not as simple as mixing two molecules together in a nice scent. If there is anything you dont understand or need help on just pop me a PM or ask on the forum and I will be happy to assist. I can even suggest some basic blends to use.

For personal use I suggest Instant sexiness and Ishine both great to start out with.

Isexiness comes in 2 kinds A and B A is TAL based and more alpha. B is TAH based and more soft and girly.

Ishine is TAA based and is a charismatic uplifting mix. TAA Would be great in one of your blends.

**Your GC is on its way** 😃 I look forward to chatting with you in the forum.

Tisha

Hello and welcome from another newbie. I’m just like you in terms of looking for quality, unique blends, with a focus on sensuality. 😉

Have you ever heard of Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab? Their scents are very unusual, and they even have a line of oils that _supposedly_ have love/lust type results. They’re located in Southern California. Maybe you could sell their products too?

I have yet to order anything from them (hey, last week’s paycheck is totally going to [Instant Sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) A). But I’ve had my eye on one perfume in particular. A customer likened the scent to an ancient mahogany library: dust, old books, cigars and sherry. Sounds cool to me.

Hi BettiePage, Welcome to you too! No I’ve not heard of the other site. I will have to check it out!

Tisha, Robbie, you both recommended IShine for me and I looked for it on the site but it says IShine for Men. So before I order it I want to make sure it’s the correct one to buy/use.

I am all for the AJolie vibe. I love her!

Tisha, I think ‘pheromone enhanced’ is perfect. That’s where I’ll start.

Thanks!

P.S. I got the GC and can’t wait to use it!

You can use the Ishine for men, it’s really unisex. Go for it! 🙂

Ishine originally came out for men but the daring ladies here had to try it and fell in love. Now its unisex but they still use the old labels. Its really is great stuff. 😉
