Hi all, I am 42 years old female from Scandinavia, Northern Europe. I started using pheromones something like one year ago, when I ordered one bottle of Instant Sexiness and also got Instant Honesty as a gift. Now I also have some [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Shine to try out. People usually likes me and I am feeling comfortable in most of social situations, so I would not say that I am to shy, but somehow reserved still. I can easily make people to speak of themselves, but I am quite terrified if somebody is interested in my life. I think I am considered to be friendly and easy person to collaborate with by both genders. I used to have quite a lot of self-confidence issues, but of course it is something which just comes easier with years thought. Now I am planning to try pheromones for both in business and private life. I am working as a consultant and what I am looking for is little bit more credibility and respect. I have some chauvinist customers in my mind who are making clear that they would rather work with males. In private life I have met again old friend of mine after almost 20 years and I am thinking that we could have a future together. Like me, he is divorced some years ago and we are feeling very comfortable with each other. We have had some holidays together and we are now going to trekking together in near future and so on. Our friends are definitely considering us as a couple, and so do we, but the problem is that we are stuck. We are both having quite a painful history with our previous spouses and I think that it makes it so difficult for us to go more intimate level. What I am looking for is some encouragement for both of us and some way to say him that I don’t want to be his best friend only… He is about 15 years older than me and I think he is even more worried than I am (some things and expectations just are harder for males, I suppose). English is my third language so please forgive me my spelling - I think you still understand this better than if I would write in Finnish or Swedish 🙄 ---

Hi Astrea, thank you for welcoming me! I think my personality is mostly extrovert and social, but I am also enjoying being alone guite a lot. As I said I am quite a friendly, kind and empathic - at the same time also bit shy and reserved. No, I haven’t got my GC yet, but I think I provided the asked information already (at least I tried…) - just let me know if something is missing! ---

Hi Finnlady! A warm welcome to you to the mone forum! Nice to have you around… you’ve had some experience with mones it seems. Has the cold Scandinavian winter reduced their effectiveness? For shyness, I think IS and IO is the way to go. I’ve felt some smiles in me with the IS and the IO just makes me and those around me bubbly with convo’s… I like this combination for getting out of my shell! Thank you for welcoming me! I really don’t remember how I found the forum in the first place, but by google is a quite a good guess… When I first time tried [pheromones](https://a314.com/) I really didn’t get too many results, I think my dosage was too small and I wasn’t interested enought to study more. Now some weeks ago I found the rest of the bottle and end up to try it again. Now I used four sprays of Instant Sexiness and I think I got it work - I have never got that many hugs and kisses during one single day. 🙂 Suddenly pheromones started to look quite a promising stuff and I ordered some more. I also decided to study little more carefully how to use them 🙄 It is true that winters are cold here, last winter especially, but we have central heating and at least double glasses in every single house so inside it is not cold at all - standard is 22-23 C (I think it is something like 71-73 F). And when it is very cold outside we are not spending enought time there to really observe the effectiveness of pheromones… Coldest days last winter were something like -25 C (-13 F). What would you guys recommend me to try at work? Next week I am going to meet new and important customer and I would like to test some pheremones there as well. ---

I think when you take your questions and situations as astrea said to the women section they will better be able to give you advise and tips on your situation and [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) use. Both will provide a relaxed and easy to take to, like a long time friend, signal to those around you at work. You could even add a bit of IS/b for some sexiness… but, just a bit! 🙂
