Hi, I am a male in mid 30’s and am a newbie to [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/). I make video games for a living which is demanding but a lot of fun. I live in San Francisco and while it is not the best scene for hot girls I have always had pretty good luck. Because I work a lot of hours when I am in crunch mode I am looking for something to give me more of an edge when going to the bar scene to help expedite things. Please give me your recommendations? Welcome aristo!! I’m new too. I think pheromones are fascinating and can’t wait to get exploring them!! Sounds like you have a busy life. My son loves video games. He plays WOW most of the time. I hear a lot of the guys talking about AMMO, but they’ll have to give you the best advice, me being new and not trying any of this stuff yet. Good luck and enjoy!! ---

Hey Aristo, welcome! Definitely Heavy AMMO will serve you good for bar situations, especially since you’re in your 30’s. TUTH can help too mixed with AMMO, but you may probably only need one spray of TUTH to be considered enough since Heavy AMMO is already double the -none in regular AMMO. I highly suggest some socials like IS, IO, and IH to help you be approachable and help you break social interactions. Thanks for all the info so far. So more info on me. My name is Kai and I am a 35 yr. living in the Bay Area. I have recently broken up with my (ex)girlfriend I have been getting back into the singles scene. Because I work so much some times I don’t have a lot of time to spend out at social places, so when I go I want it to be worth my time going out. I am bored of cubs. But I do like more laid back bars. Most nights I like a chill place and sometimes the crowded standing room only places. I have never had much of a problem approaching women. Welcome to the forums, Kai. You want to be “approachable, sexy, and interesting”. Well, for the sexy, get Ammunition, or Turn Up The Heat (Ammo’s probably better for you). TUTH is better for clubs and actual ramping up to sex. For the approachable, try [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), Instant Shine, or Come Talk To Me.
