Hello, my name is Jeremy. I am a 22 year old male and I live around LA. I’m a college student looking to major in music and one day look forward to finding myself composing it. I’m somewhat athletic and competitive, so I like to play many sports, even if I’m not the best at them; it’s all in good fun. I run and go to the gym several times a week to get back into shape. Hey there and welcome to a friendly place! For the situation you describe you can try a few things - as others have said Ammo works well for lots of us as a social attractant. For an Ex I’d recommend IH - I find this amazing for breaking down barriers people put up that stop good communication…and often relationships will break up because of bad communication or just stopping communicating. You might also want to try [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) - I find this gives me, and those around me a real boost and a lift. Being someone people feel good around never hurts! Finally, something like IG is good too for creating that dependable vibe I find. IG + IH + IS is one of my favorite combos. Be sure to find your sweet spot with each before you layer them though. When it comes to the way i socialize, i often tend to speak in bursts. For several minutes at a time, i can carry conversations pretty well, and at other times i don’t find myself starting any conversations, although if someone addresses me, i can say quite a lot. Basically, sometimes I’m the ringleader of the conversation, and sometimes i take a back seat. I would say I have a quiet confidence about myself, but i usually only become quite vocally confident when provoked. My ex and I met on xbox actually, then eventually we met in person and things grew from there. We broke up about 6 months ago for reasons beyond our control, and for about 2 months after, it was a rocky road and we kept fighting on and off and almost stopped talking altogether several times. After about 1-week breaks, we would start talking again almost like it never happened. Up until about a month ago, she kept her true feelings from me until she learned i was dating someone, at which point she sort of broke down and admitted she’d been hiding her feelings from me, and said she thought she was in love with me still (we broke up because her dad didn’t like our age difference and since she lived in his place, she had to play by his rules and we were forced to break up). Nowadays, I’m single again and she says she views me as a brother and nothing more, but I’m not sure if she means it, or is saying it to hide how she’s really feeling like she did before. I’ve changed a little bit since our breakup 6 months ago, a little more outgoing, among other changes. ---
