Hi, I am david but my nickname has always been the Mayor…long story. Anyhow, I am very new to [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) but will be getting my first order on Monday. Went with A314 for business and turn up the heat to add a little bit of spice. could I use both? if so, how should I apply? A314 during the day only? add turn up the heat at night? or just by itself? I must admit, it is somewhat intimidating seeing all you regulars talking about how much you mix it up…looking to start slowly to see how it works. Any recco would be appreciated. Thanks Gang 🙂 ---

Yes, you can mix them, at your age. Start slowly and conservatively with the tuth, no more than one spray till you get an idea of the effect. Then you can ramp up higher if you want. I’d save the tuth component for after work. ---
