Hello, my name is Clay. I am 20 years old and currently live in spain. I have a hard time conversing with the locals and frankly would like some female attention without having to be fluent in spanish to flirt like the spanish guys do. ---

Hey man It would be best if you did know how to interact, and speak the native language lol. Anyways, the most basic pheromone for attraction would be AMMO. Hello Clay Welcome to Pherotalk πŸ™‚ [Pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) can cause attraction and increased interaction but they are not going to do all the work for you. Your still going to have to put that effort in. Pheromones just make the effort more successful and productive. I suggest IO and Ammo to start. Hello Clay, Welcome to the forum. Its good to see you have taken an interest in pheros. They can help in many different aspects of your life. Like the others said, AMMo is a great place to start for the attraction aspect. It is a very consistant product that delivers noticable results. IO and CTTM2 are great social products that can make you seem more apprachable. They also act as a social lubricant making it easier for you and others around to have conversation. But like Tisha said, you have to do some of the work.
