Hello everyone, my name is Mary. I’m 28 from Florida. I have been wanting more information about pheremones and how they work. A friend told me about how it works but I kind of want to know a little more. I am very shy and get nervous in social situation quite frequently. Job interviews are the worst..lol. I went looking for mood enhancers on ebay, of all places, and a pheromone was on the list. So I looked up information on the [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) on the list and very bad reviews. Then I just searched for pheromones and found [https://a314.com/](https://a314.com/). I looked through some of the pheromones and came to this forum to look at information on certian pheromones. At the time the one I was looking at was no longer available so I asked to be notified when it was available and I just received the email stating it was. When I went to the site I found alot more that I wanted so I’m back researching to see which ones I should buy first. I am 28 and never been to a club, bar, big party…nothing like that, so before I’m 30 I want the confidence to go out and have some fun. I’m in Florida, for goodness sake, I need to have massive amounts of fun. ---

Hello mary and welcome to the forum. You have certainly found the right place for pheros and and lots and lots of information. And yes there are a lot of places that sell snake oil but this is one of the good places. Do lots of reading - there are a whole lot of things you can do. if you are shy in social situations then a good combination is IO and IShine. The IO helps with those initial conversations. And the IShine helps people feel happy to be around you and happy people are often talkative people. Just remember, you can’t sit there silently and expect them to work - you have to be in the conversation. But they will certainly help the conversation move along. You could also think about IS/b - that is a low key sexual mix for women. Anyways - after you you do some reading - please feel free to ask any questions. ---

Hi There Mary. Welcome to pherotalk 😃 What exactly was the mix you were looking for ? First there are many levels of attraction and while all the mixes here enhance attraction, depending on what you use you can steer it in the direction you want. I would suggest starting with IO and Ishine if your looking to go out attract fun attention. All pheromones tend to increase confidence a bit at first, some more then others. Ishine has a feel good effect. It creates a pull and a warm comfy confident feeling in you and in those exposed. When people feel good around you they want to interact with you more. Hi there, and a warm welcome to the mone forum! Looks like the Boss and Tisha have laid out the welcome mat for you, nice. 🙂 True that… interviews can be nerve racking. As you can see by the mone selections, to get a good handle on what to recommend, it would be good to know the effects you want. However, for a starter mone combo, I’d suggest IShine and IH, to really see these mones in action and for you to note how they react in you and in others around you. Tisha is a mone goddess so I’m sure she’ll NOT steer you wrong. 😃 Glad you could drop in and post an intro.
