Hello everyone! I’m a 30 male from Sweden I havn’t tried any [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) yet but I want to badly. I have doing some reserch on the net an hear that AMMUNITION is good for beginners is this info right? Or are ther better alternatives? See you on the forum… Bye. ---

Hello Titanium, welcome! Androtics is a great place to start trying [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) since all products here are real, unlike many other stores. And there is this forum that can help you too in terms of advices 🙂 Yes ammo is a good starter for basically all new members. It is very balanced so there wont be any negative effects at one or two sprays. Ammo is quiet effective in getting attention from the ladies too! So it is a good overal starting point for you. What are your goals by trying pheromones? And which areas of dating do you need most helps for examples? ---

Thank you both for welcoming me 🙂 A little info about me: I´m Tall (193cm) Average looking. Well basically I have always been quiet shy, and I have never been the first one to take the first step in a relationship. My hopes is to get more womens attention, and make myself feel more confident. If I can get to that stage with pheros, I would alredy then feel satisfied… Hope this helps… ---

Hi there, Welcome to the fourm. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is definitely a good starter for beginner. As you mentioned, you want to get women attention. Ammo can make you the centre of attention. I has also sexual attractant in it. IO is also good as ice breaker. It make girls open up and want to talk to you. The reason i ask to get the 2X for the instants is that you can save on your usage there. Well for 2X strength, you will spray less but get the same effect like you spray more compared to the normal strength. This in fact will help save your bottle from finishing so fast 🙂 I hope i was able to help you there 🙂 ---

In fact Instant Gentleman + Instant Openness might actually work out better for you if you are the shy type. It just depends on alot of things but all three are good for starting out. ---
