Hey guys! I’m 18 years old from Sweden and i’m starting to get interested in [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). Pheromones has always been something that I considered as “bullshit”. But as I have started to get in to it, reading some reviews and recommendations from other forums I have decided to give it a try. 🙂 I have always been one to have a hard time with the ladies. I have kissed girls a couple of times, but sadly enough only when both me and the girls have been drunk. ☹ So yes, I am a virgin. I’m really not the best looking guy in the world (really not), but I try! I’ve always had problems with acne, I’m starting to see some improvements in that area though. I try to dress nice, smell nice and have a good hygiene. I have always been kind of shy when it comes to talking to girls. I think i’m getting better and better for everyday, forcing myself to talk to girls and starting a conversation. A couple of years ago, I could barely speak to girls I had just met. It took a very, very long time for me to get comfortable around a girl, and if I got that far in the “relationship” she didn’t consider me as anything but a friend! But as of right now, that is not a problem for me. I do not have a problem just talking to random girls. The problem is taking it to the next step, and that is a tough one! How do I go from talking to a girl, engaging her into a conversation, to making her interested in me? Well, that’s where I hope the pheromones will get in to the picture. I hope it will put me over the edge. I realize the pheromones won’t do all the work, but I do believe it will help me in some ways. Can’t hurt to try, right? I am really interested in getting an order for the TUTH, and maybe even the Ammunition Cologne. But maybe you guys have some other suggestions to throw at me? It could maybe be a good idea to order a bunch of travel sizes to test them out before getting in to the full sizes? Anyways, I’m happy to be here and hopefully this will start a long and good friendship between me and “the 'mones”. 🆒 ---

Hejsan, Hur är det? är du från Malmo eller Stockholm? Anyways, I know Swedish girls somewhat 😉 They are shyer than most american or european girls, except when they get drunk, of course, lol… I think tuth would be TOO MUCH for them, esp since you are shy. I think you should stick to [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) + IShine. That is a great attraction combo. Also, ih is good. It makes them feel comfortable and connected. Moreover, I would look into ig. young women your age like warmness and suaveness of IG. Also, since you are shy, get io. It makes ladies feel great and chatty, and they become talkative. Welcome to the forum. TUTH and Ammo are both good products. Like you mentioned it’s usually a good idea to try the travel sizes first. I personally don’t get the amazing results others get from Ammo but it works really well for them. I personally prefer Instant Jerk but it’s a little stronger and can sometimes be harder to use. Ammo is definitely better as a standalone product than TUTH though because TUTH can be very strong and even make some women uncomfortable. Maybe try buffering it with some Instant Shine and/or [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) or Honesty. Instant Shine will make people feel good just being around you. Instant Openness will make people more chatty. Instant Honesty will help build trust and rapport which is an important part in the process of getting women. There are tons of resources out there to help with women and you can find info about many of them here. Good luck and have fun. ---

Jag är från Göteborg 😉 Well, I think i’ll just order a bunch of travel sizes to see what kind of effect i’ll get. Since you guys are just rambling on about a million products, it’s impossible to just choose one. 😛 Don’t think i’ll get the IG though, I think i’m already giving off to much of that warm and trusting gentlemen vibe, and I think that’s the problem! That’s what making them see me as a friend and nothing more. But of course, I could be wrong. I think I will go with an order of IO, IH, TUTH, AMMO and IS. How about combinating these pheromones? Are there some combinations that are big no-noes, or is it ok to experiment as you wish? 🙄 Thanks for all the help btw!😃 ---
