Hello, welcome to the forum!

You are producing a lot of natural pheros at your age, and its a good idea to test out your new products systematically. If you OD, you’re likely to create a phero signature that is overwhelming.

Finding your sweet spot, or optimum dosage, will take a little time, but it is worth it.
Here is a thread that explains how to find it:

> Lately I have been getting a lot of calls from guys and gals unsure what the forum members mean when we say “sweet spot.”:stuck\_out\_tongue: Here’s a very simple way to find your individual sweet spot for each consumer line product like: Ishine IH IO AMMO A314 TUTH and so on. It’s very easy to do and I hope this guide offers you the assistance you need. When applying the pheromones, please ensure that you are using only one (1) [pheromone product](https://a314.com/shop/) at a time. This step is extremely importan…

Once you’ve figured out what works best for your pheromone goals, you can blend or mix or layer the pheros to create certain effects. TUTH is pretty strong, and it comes on as horn-doggish if you’re not careful. Its usually reserved for situation where you’re close and intimate, and working to close the deal. For clubbing I’d recommend sticking with AMMO until you figure out how it works for you.

I have to throw this in there: Scent is a huge part of a woman’s attraction. Have a read of this to see how high it ranks among the women on this forum:

> [@Automatic Attraction Triggers Poll](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/automatic-attraction-triggers-poll/189829):

> I’d like to solicit some feedback from the ladies. As men, there are characteristics in a women that automatically trigger our attraction responses in our biochemistry. In my studies, I have found that there are few factors that make up feminine attractiveness on a universal level. Facial symmetry, larger eyes, plump lips. 70% hip to waist ratio. Large/proportional breasts, full, shiny hair, color contrast between eye color/hair color, height and weight ratio between golden mean. Smooth skin. Me…

The only factor that ranked higher for women was “the way he looks at you.”
Scent was more important as an attractant than looks, muscle tone, social status, the way you dress, your voice…etc.

If you’re eschewing soap, shampoo and deodorant in order to let your natural pheromones waft around more, you might be shooting yourself in the foot.
Once you’ve seen how effective these [synthetic pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) are, you may want to rethink your hygiene rituals, and let synthetic pheromones carry you where natural pheros and body odor will not.
