I’ve heard about the use of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) before, but never really gave it much credit. I came across this site searching on google looking for real research to back up there use. I’m a scientist by nature, and always looking to learn about what I don’t understand. So i’d like to give this a try and see for myself. I’m a 22 year old male from north texas. Around people I don’t know, I find it difficult to break the ice. Normally once a conversation is started I’m fine. What would you suggest that I try for a first attempt? ---

My personality makes me quiet and reserved at times. The [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) sounds interesting. Thus far I’ve found caffeine has a similar effect on me, so I’m curious to see how this works for me. ---
