Hi Miss Texas, glad you decided to join us here. I am relatively new to mones as well but am a convert for sure. The general consensus of opinion for new people is to try the Instant lines initially, and it really does help if you keep a journal. Not just for AD to see what works and what doesnā€™t. but for you to keep track of your mood/situation/results etc. IMO we definitely need more women here so the powers that be can stock up on more for us, as most of the products appear a little bit male biased. I have read women can use some of the traditional ā€œmaleā€ mones as well, but I do not know enough or have enough experience to help you out there Iā€™m afraid.
