I’m a typical chinese-asian male, 25, 6’2, 212lbs and muscular build. I’ve just got a job here and are quite new to the environment.

I was born in Thailand but I went to Japan for 2 years and Australia for 3 years to continue my study. When I am back, I notice my cultural perspective becomes way too different from my people.

This sometimes ruin atmosphere since I don’t really understand “Thai humors” and hinders work efficiency. I work hard and I play hard. When I finish my assignments early, I try to ask other guys and Buchou(my boss) whether they have more jobs for me to do. They appear hesitate to talk about it.

That comes with questions;

1. What could I have done wrong?
2. Do I appear unfriendly?

I always start the conversation. I know my appearance can be intimidating so I keep my distance and speak politely. There could be so many factors I am not aware of.

I just entered this atmosphere for only 3 weeks. But if this problem sustains, it will be one damn of a burden.

I have looked into many alternatives and found a314 to be interesting. I also browsed this forum and found a314 to have some promising effects that suit workplace. Let’s hope that it will fit the environment. 🆒

Cheers

Welcome to the forum. From what you say you may want something slightly less intimidating than a314. You might consider IG, another rone based product.

You may also consider ih - a nol based product. It will help you appear less threatening and also help to establish rapport with people.

Hi there,

Welcome to the forum.

I am also from south east asia.

You need some [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/). IO will make people open up to you. They will want to talk to you.

SHine will make them in upbeat mood. You will also feel the same.

I think you should avoid A314 for the time being. It can create more distance. IG is having the same effect by friendlier. They will respect you and listen to you.

Good luck

Welcome-

Dealing with rumors at work can be tough,
I got through the backstabbing and rumors at my workplace with the help of A314 and IH balancing the Alpha with a good social fitting your type is best. because you want to be a leader but still approachable by others.
Instant shine has shown to help too because people like people who are and appear to be happy.
