Hello, my name is matt, i’m 36 and i teach in thailand. I come from England but gave up on the rat race, become a teacher and have never looked back. I’ve never tried [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) and to be honest, thought they were a load of rubbish (“get the women of your dreams” type advert) but after coming across this site it appears i’m wrong, so i’m interested in trying some. i have always been a bit shy (although thailand/teaching has certainly helped this) especially in social situations Personally I am looking for something that makes me more outgoing and social and of course, have better interactions with women. Something that could help with starting the conversations and them not wanting to leave. maybe something like 'instant shine"? ---

Hi there, Matt, and a warm welcome to you! Love that choice of teaching to get away from the rat race, good for you. I’m glad it’s worked out! 🙂 Yeah, you saw IShine, eh? It’s some good stuff, which gives me a relaxed to be around you feel comfortable around vibe to others. Starting conversation, IShine can bre effective. IO, is nol based and is designed for convo starting. Not wanting them to leave… I could see AMMO also more inclined for this purpose. A sexy confident male vibe going out when I wear this one. They can all work, in differing ways, but, your attitude and actions have to be in congruence with the mone vibe that you apply. They ARE NOT a magic cloak that’ll melt others into doing what you want them to. They are more subtle suggestions of what type of person they are talking to. I have on my sig some excellent threads on intro to mones as well as how to know what are hits. Gives a good handle on the capabilities of mones. 1Alpha ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. Gald to see you here. Yes - a lot of advertising for some questionable companies are just like that. It makes the real thing look shady. Here are a couple thoughts based on caucasian users in Asia: Asian women who were born and live in asia often have a low tolerance for heavy none doses on caucasian guys. some caucasian guys have reported good success with IG. IG does not have any none in it. It gives the wearer a cool, calm alpha male at rest kind of vibe. Other reports (from both Asian and cuasian users) are that some Asian women react very well to A314. This does have a low dose of none in it I believe but gives the wearer a strong successful alpha leader kid of vibe. The consensus is that the ladies react very well to the economically successful vibe that it implies. ---

Welcome to pherotalk Matt, I agree with the guys that [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and shine will be great for you and your situation. I would also consider IO since you are shy to ease you into conversation. Either way Ammo is great for sexual attraction and even better because you can wear it daily without any bad side effects and it goes super great with all the social products.
