Greetings & Question from the East Coast! After reading an article, more than a year ago, on Pheromones and their affects ~ I began searching on the internet reading and learning as much as I could on this fascinating subject ~ in addition also researching various companies that offered (retail) [Pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/). After much time and research, I have found Androtics to have provided the most comprehensive, informative, and most reliable information of any (of the many, many) companies I have researched ~ as well as the most informative forum (such as Pherotalk) which provided a wealth of great information, for both novice and long-time users of Pheromones. Although I was tempted many times, but never made a purchase for myself, I did get a small assortment for a best friend (female) as a birthday gift, as she was always fascinated with trying them. After seeing for myself, the incredible success in her experiences, with men, using Androtics products (such as Instant Sexiness, Instant Shine, Instant Honesty, etc.) I became a believer, that these products, from Androtics, are the real deal ~ and really do work. I am now reviewing the various items available, for purchase for myself for the very first time ~ however my question is ~ the (female) recipient I had purchased these for, as a gift, was in her mid-20’s … and I am much older (49 year old female). My question is, are there totally different things I should keep in mind ~ due to the age difference ~ to experience the great results she had with men using these products? For example … would same items (such as Instant Sexiness A or B … Instant Shine … Honesty etc) be as affective…or would other products be better suited for an older female? Also other suggestions, such as..should the amount used be increased for someone older (and if so…how much more?). Should application method be different – or areas applied should differ (or additional areas)? Should methods, such as adding to lotion, for example, be eliminated? Or any other methods, ideas suggestions be kept in mind (considering age)? I’m sure this information would not only be found to be invaluable to myself ~ but other older women that visit this forum seeking information as well. The thing is, even two women who are the same age, same location, whatever… will not wear pheromones the same. It takes a while to find your “sweet spot” or optimum dosage, and it is best done by experimenting. Use one spray at first for a couple of day, then move on to two, then three… When you’ve identified what amount got you the best results, you’ve found your sweet spot. Also, application points vary by user, and by intention. Some apply their pheros where they will waft to the nose, for self effects (particularly with [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and A314), and others apply pheros where they will be closer to the person you’re interacting with (think forearms or wrists). When using something that has an odor (copulins) many apply to the backs of the knees, or another place where the odor won’t become obvious. There are not specific instructions, just a lot of tips, suggestions and accounts of other people’s experience. Please browse in the women’s section. IShine isn’t specifically a female product, and the effects on yourself wearing it will be different than the effects on others exposed to your usage. However, I always enjoy wearing it, and men and women of all ages enjoy me wearing it around them. No negative responses and many good ones. You will find it in the Women’s section of the store. Welcome Cameo, We also have a wide range of ages in the forum so although as you get older your start to produce less [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) naturally there is still so much more to consider. I recently gave a friend of mine who is 46 to try the instant honesty. She is a happily married woman , always looking to try new things to enhance the bedroom live with her husband.
