Hello to all of my fellow PheroTalkians! I am new and ready to start experimenting. I am a 24 year old, African-American male who who lives in Florida. I’m 6 feet tall and in shape, but I’m more on the slim side, than the muscular side. I’ve been moving around a lot because of my job, so that definitely takes a toll on my social life. I’m interested in all types of pheros and have a strong interest in becoming more popular with the ladies. I have no problem getting respect from guys, I just sometimes clam up around the ladies. I would describe my personality as outgoing, mixed with a cool, calm, and collective aura. Oh, and I party more than I go to bars, if that makes sense. I’m going into this with an open mind and am willing to give anything a try, especially if I receive advice from experienced users.So yea, that’s me in a nut shell and I look forward to learning and experimenting. ---

Welcome to the forum! I’m glad to see you’re excited to get out there and experiment. So, how exactly did you learn about pheromones in the first place? A good mix for general attraction with a light sexual edge is Ammo. However, it seems like you already have a lot going for you in regards to looks and personality. You just need to work around that tendency to shut down around women. The products [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Honesty both encourage conversation, though IO tends to increase quantity while IH increases quality, so maybe those would help you break the ice a little and feel more comfortable. Hi there and welcome. First up for clamming up around the ladies I’d recommend something like Instant Openness - for me this makes conversation easy both for me and those around me. Instant Honesty for me makes that conversation deeper and makes a stronger sense of connection. It sounds like you don’t have an issue meeting the ladies, just a confidence issue. [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) can help give you that mature, chest out, dependable vibe in my experience, and I’ve found this useful for self-effects, while Instant Shine just seems to give a general all out “nice” vibe for me - nice as in “talk to me” rather than “weak”. If I was you I’d use my GC for To Go’s of IShine, IG and IH or IO (for me IH in that combo = best friend, IO = high fives all round). Well, I heard about pheros from randomly googling (I do that sometimes when I get bored) and just starting searching around until I found PheroTalk. I’m definitely going to try the to-go bottles, because from what I have read those seem to be the best for testing. I am really interested in the instant lines and ammo too. Like I said, I am a sociable person, so if I could mix those with my personality, I could become a problem.😉 Plus, for some reason, all of my home boys seem to think I’m some kind of pimp. Don’t know where they got that idea from, but I definitely want don’t wont to make them feel like they’re wrong.😃 ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. You have gotten some really good advice so far. Both the ammo and IG recommendations are good ones for base products. It is two different approaches for a base product. Ammo contains none - just enough to let the ladies know you are interested but it is balanced enough to wear to work in case an interesdting lady is there. [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) does not have any none in it. It will maplify that cool quiet vibe you mentioned. After that IH, IO and IShine are all great products as mentioned. IH is one of my favorites. I do not know if you have considered ysing stuff at work but A314 is a great product for work. I use it with IH. People know you are in charge and feel very connected to you and talk to you about what ever they feel is important. Plus the A314 combines very well with Ammo. There is a thread in my signature block about tha t combo and also one about A314 versus IG. Let us know what you decide to do. ---
