# Hello ! From the great city of Seattle !!

Hello to all Pherotalkites ( or do they call us something different! 🙂) - I am glad to join this forum to understand and use the power of phermone to my best advantage - at work and socially! I have read some blogs as a guest and I am amazed by the experimentation of users and knowledge they gathered!!

I am a newbie from Seattle and a biz dev guy in a large company - want to make my bosses and customers feel comfy and trust worthy about me and also consider me more as a leader and make them more friendly (this is for the bosses - you know - to look up the next steps in the ladder stuff !) - I have two bosses - direct reporting one is male and the skip level one is female in late 40’s -

I am NOT in my 20s - so what should be my best phero mix options?

Thanks MikeMan22 & tFrankz - as for my personality, I am outgoing, fun loving and have many friends and pretty popular among women I know - make friends easily and usualy my friends look at me as an easy going friendly guy they are comfy to be around with -

Need that extra respect and openness from the bosses -

Hello jb123, welcome to the forum;  
I love my A314 for this reason, I would mix it with a little instant openness, instant shine and instant honesty.  
When I use this type of combo, it seems to create the, I gotta know this guy(instant openness), this guy is confident plus easy to talk to(A314,instant honesty) and this guy is better than the rest (instant shine) ergo; I want this guy to handle all my business.  
Be sure to start off with small dosages and pay close attention in the beginning, as the changes in peoples behavior around you can be subtle.  
You don’t want to cause the wrong impression off the bat, so starting small and working your way up to the perfect amount is the key to success.  
Of course staying in contact with the brilliant people on this forum, is also key to success.

I suggest A314 and Ishine for work. A314 ups your status and respect. Is great for work and for outgoing users when in a social setting.
