Hey my name is Alec and I am 19 years old. I go to Luther College in north eastern Iowa.College life is interesting to say the least. Little sleep, lots of school work, many opportunities to meet people. My college is different than most because there is a 2:1 girl to guy student ratio. And the majority of the girls are very pretty. So there are many opportunities to meet members of the opposite sex. I’d say I’m an outgoing person and I guess I could also be considered physically attractive by the opposite sex (I’m tall, athletic and blonde). Its easy for me to talk to people and I am great at making eye contact. I’m on the ultimate frisbee team. I am involved in vocal music. My favorite kind of music to sing would probably be jazz. The student activities team usually puts on shows where students can perform acts in front of others. If I get a chance, I would love to sing some Frank Sinatra jazz song before the year is out. Hey Alec, welcome to the forum. First of all, there may be cheaper places to buy pheromones but I believe Smartmones has the best ones followed by Love Scent which is actually more expensive. There are a lot of fakes out there as well. The most recommended pheromones here are probably A314 and Ammo but A314 won’t really help with what you’re looking for. It helps with respect and authority and is not the best bet for socializing and attraction, especially at your age. There are many different combos that work for different people so there’s not really one “best” combo. We can’t guarantee 'mones will get you out of the friend zone but I think some good products for you would be [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/), Ammo, and Instant Shine. Instant Gentleman will make you seem like even more of a cool guy and make people want to hang with you. Ammo is a well-balanced attractant that’s sexual but also social. Instant Shine just makes people feel good being around you and puts a smile on their face. Just make sure to try each product on their own before mixing so you can get an idea of what they do and what the best dosage is for you. Good luck and have fun. ---

Hi Alec - Welcome to Pherotalk. 🙂 Well, it looks like you have your basic outlook and personality issues mainly sorted so I hope you will be seeing all the benefits from phero use soon. 🙂 The friendzone thing is a minor worry as it looks like you may need to combine any future phero use with some changes to see you hold their interest and attraction for you. Have you thought about the circumstances that drew her away from you and are they anything that a few changes could help avoid? I would suggest you look at Ammo and a couple of socials for starters - Particularly Instant Shine and [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/): Ammo creates a well rounded social/sexy vibe that suits an outgoing personality and stimulates attraction. It is also suitable for someone your age to get used to none products without OD as you will be putting out a fair bit of none yourself. Stronger products like TUTH can be counterproductive for girls your age because of their higher/unbuffered none content. Save that for when you are already in a sexual relationship with someone. Instant Shine is a happy/feelgood mix that complements Ammo superbly and helps make you great to be around. Instant Gentleman is a good status/impact/trust phero that again will underpin a strong personality with impressions of substance etc. Making pheros cost effective is a matter of finding your sweet spot and not overusing them. Hi Alec, welcome to the forum. I am new to this myself but I have to say this stuff works and works well. You are right the mones are expensive, but are they??? it depends on what you want out of it and what it is worth to you to get it. These are cheaper than “top quality” cologne and in my opinion smell as good if not better and as for the [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) it will out last my Armani Code and smells better. I am always getting compliments on how good I smell which I never got from the cologne. Is it the smell or the mones, I don’t know but does it matter? not to me, as long as I keep getting the compliments. I would recommend the Ammo and maybe some IG or maybe some IJ it all depends on what this lady friend is like. Hope this helps. ---

Welcome to Pherotalk Hendal! There is not much more to say seeing that the men hit the nail on the head in terms of advice and recommendations. I also suggest you get as much advice from them as possible so that went the spark is reignited you don’t get placed in the friends zone.
