Hi, I’m 26 years old from the Philippines, I am a registered nurse here, I found this website when I search about [pheromone](https://a314.com/). I am a very shy guy, that’s why i have a hard time getting a girlfriend. I always going out with my friends. most of my friends are already have a relationship. My suggestions would be: For “ shy”: Come Talk To ME: This really helps to open people up to you. When I wear it I see people smiling at me, staring at me (in a good way), and turning their body language towards me. I have even had a few people approach me out of the blue while wearing this one. This one really helped me with my shyness. It let me “know” (from all the signals I was seeing) that PEOPLE WANTED TO BE APPROACHED and that PEOPLE WANTED TO BE APPROACHED BY ME. Hey nrgarcias welcome to pherotalk 🙂 Clint already gave some very sound advice. I want to add something. Look into pua books. Start by reading the game by neil strauss to get you started. And pratice what you read into that book.
