Clint already gave some very sound advice. I want to add something. Look into pua books. Start by reading the game by neil strauss to get you started. And pratice what you read into that book.

And also if you could elaborate a little bit more in the problems you have with girls I could suggest something to you. Can you describe the situation when you go to a club with friends? do you have aproaching anxiety problems?
