Hi everyone! I’m both new here and to [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). I recently purchased a perfume that includes phero’s so I decided to learn more about them and what they do. I don’t really live in a polka dot door, although I wish I did, but I do have a polka dot dog! She is my best friend and I love her to pieces. But I thought I would give some phero’s a try to help my self confidence so that my dog doesn’t end up being my only friend! I am 28 and a single mom, and Colorado is a great place to be from! 😉 ---

hi MyDogDaisy, welcome to the forum, funny intro 🙂 I can definitely see your sense of humour…😃 if you aim to gain self confidence, then [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is a great product to start off with, it is a highly recommanded product here for beginners, used for lifting your mood and makes you and everyone arund you feel happy and confident. other products I recommand for you is IO, just like the name suggests, its a communication pheromone, used to break the ice with people. someone else will give you more advices on women’s products, what to choose and how you can effectively use them to your advantage. my advice is to keep an open mind and start experimenting, life is too short to waste. have fun, if you have more general questions feel free to ask 🙂 ---

LOL! Welcome to pherotalk! A big hello to you and Daisy! I’d be interested to know the perfume? There aren’t that many that I know of that list [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) contents. The womens sticky section will help you to choose which products might be useful to you and you’ll get an idea of what’s available. Most of us love instant sexiness, it’s a must have. In addition to that I would suggest instant openness or instant honesty depending on which is more appealing to you. Have fun! ---

Just a quick question…where do I find [Instant Sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) A and B? I only see one and it doesn’t specify whether it is A or B. What is the difference? :o ---

Hello Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 I have PG from LP and I love it. Did you get the regular or DOM ?? So what kind of reactions are you looking for ? I think the best place to start is with ISex. Its a staple for the ladies here. I also suggest Ishine and IH Keep in mind they have to-go size bottles so you can test them out first. Hi Tisha! I got the regular PG, but it is the third re-brew. I think I will try a to go size of instant sexy, that sounds like a good place to start!
