Hey everybody, I’m Joe, 28 (soon to be 29), from England. I’ve looked at pheromones before but usually the ones in the back pages of Viz (or similar publications) and always thought they were kind of a gimmick so never really bothered with them. Then a few weeks ago I stumbled across this site and spent many enjoyable hours reading up on the R&D your very committed members have been doing. Intrigued, I decided to get in on the action and ordered some TOGO bottles of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and AMMO, having decided they were probably the best starting point for me. Basically, I came out of a long term relationship in May, and after taking several months to get myself sorted out I’m now ready to get back out there. Problem is that I’m horribly shy and find it extremely difficult to approach people. Once past initial introductions I’m usually fine. Obviously not expecting the mones to do the job for me, but I figure that any extra help I can get is going to help my confidence big time! Received my order today and was most surprised to get two free samples of IO and IH. Now that’s what I call a deal! Assuming I get some good results, I will definitely be ordering again! ---

When you order again, you may want to try [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) to wear with Ammo and your socials while dating and some A314. Wear it with Honesty at work or with Shine Openness and Instant Female Magic for dating. ---

Hey joe, don’t worry, there are some products that will help you out. Look at [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), IO, IH, IFM, Ishine. You can read about them in the men’s sticky guide in the men’s forum. I strongly recommend that you stay away from A314 because you say you are horribly shy before you approach. A314 needs you to be confident at all times. ---

Welcome Joe. I agree with Butterfly on IFM, Ammo and IO I would suggest Instant shine and CTTM or IH may help with the shyness as well. Potentially A314 or IG may be beneficial ---

That’s a good point, Tenant. It may still be good for work, but then maybe just Ammo and/or [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) for dating. If you want to work with your shyness, wear lots of socials and ask your friends to introduce you to sisters and female friends. I have used Spaceland to deal with anxiety, and it does help you do the things that scare you. So if you want to build courage and overcome the shyness, you could sign up for a speed dating session and wear plenty of Spaceland. I reckon you’ll meet 20 girls in a session, so that will prove that nothing bad happens when you just say “Hi, I’m joe, I do X for a living and enjoy sport Y.” I guess a lot of fears stem from the teenage years. Teenage girls don’t know how to reject a boy gracefully. Teenagers are also a bit less empathic, so you have a girl not understanding where a boy is coming from when rejecting him and a boy not understanding why a girl may not want to be with him. People over 25 have much better social skill, so it is unlikely that you will be jilted in a mean way nowadays. ---

I’m not sure, it can also turn some girls off so he might get rejected because of it. Do you feel more confident wearing it? ---

Hello Welcome to Pherotalk Well you have a nice assortment to start with. I suggest you use them one at a time. Start with one spray and work up till you see results.Give it time it sometimes takes a little tweaking with the dosage and the application spots to get the best results.
