Hi all I’m Alexia from London in the UK. I’m a 50 year old woman looking to retain a bit of youthfulness! Actually, I found myself here after searching Basenotes for a new fragrance. This is my issue. When I was 18, I turned down a truly wonderful person for some stupid teenage reason like wanting my freedom or some such thing. I have often regretted it over the years, but life goes on. Last week he turned up out of the blue and though he lives abroad we’ve arranged to meet again. So I would like to get a bit of help to rekindle any feelings he might have had and I don’t have my youthful charms to rely on! I’ve always been on the shy side, so something to make me more noticeable or intriguing would be good. I guess I want to come across as confident, attractive and still with a bit (or even a lot) of sex appeal. I’m not expecting miracles, but I’ll use anything I can to improve my chances of making this work out well. Any ideas of what I should try? Alexia ---

Hi Oasis314, looifookmeng, ramtajogi and thanks for your helpful replies. It’s good to see that you recommend the same products - that certainly makes it easier! I plan to go for the travel sizes and will probably go for all those mentioned since the postage to UK is very expensive. This is such a fascinating subject. Welcome to pherotalk Alexia! I don’t believe in coincidence and what is yours will be yours even if you leave it alone for years. This story certainly proves that.
