My suggestions:

Ammo & Turn Up The Heat, for attraction  
Instant Openness, a chatty social mix  
Maybe [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/), that is known for calming women’s moods.

Stickies, are the threads on top of each forum, they are always there (because are recommended readings\informative threads\whatever), you should take them a look.

For beginners (as myself) I consider [What pheromones can do and what they cant do](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/what-pheromones-can-do-and-what-they-cant-updated/9558) & [Mens Pheromone guide](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/mens-pheromone-guide-revised-6-15/12168) very interesting and useful reads.
