Hello everyone, my name is Alex, 26 years old. Im an asian male live in Toledo, OH. I am just into gay things now but it’s a little difficult to get start. Im just average looking, and a little shy to strangers, so start a contact/flirting is hard for me at the bar. Welcome Alex. You picked some interesting products to start with. Be sure to tell us how they work for you. I haven’t heard of [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) causing weight gain. Some people do experience effects on mood, but those usually go away after a few uses. ---

Hi Alexmond!, I was shy too but using pheromones has really helped me to open up because with pheromones you “know” that people really want you to approach them. Suggestions: [Mystery Boy](https://a314.com/product/mystery-boy/). I am straight and I’ve tried it. I did have guys hit on me. However, I have had guys hit on me when I am not wearing pheromones. Come talk to Me 2: This is one of the pheromones that really helped me to start approaching people. When I wear it I see people opening up their body language to me, staring at me, smiling at me, and there have even been a few times that people would walk right up to me and start talking. I really love this product because with all the signs I saw people give to me while I was wearing it I was able to gain confidence in myself. Welcome to the forums alex ! Gotta stand behind clint on this one and support his insight. A314 will give you a strong Alpha vibe and can make you intimidating and unapproachable at higher dosages. I am not sure how the man to man attraction and turn ons work but if you seek a more approachable and playful atmosphere, then you should look to mystery boy and more of the socials. CTTM2 also and instant shine are very good for creating that upbeat fun vibe. Instant shine gives me a slight confidence boost and makes me more outgoing and happy. I also have never heard about weight gain, but some users report a slight crash after using instant shine comparable to a caffeine crash. Not all get this but it can be fended off with a good diet and proper sleep. Some people find that -none will make them more aggressive, which is contained in ammo and tuth. The mones will alter your mood a bit, but most are positive in the fact that they will open you up more and make you more confident and social. ---

Welcome to Pheromonetalk Alex! Everyone is different and our bodies may react differently to the [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/). I would not bother about when I hear things like that because although they occur for some people it is not something you hear happening often. In terms of products for you I am not 100% sure what to recommend but from my reading the same pheromones used to attract females are the same ones used with success by the gay/bi clients on this forum. It will be helpful to search for some of the findings of the persons on the forum who are gay. They have also come up with some interesting combos as well. Mixing and combining will come later but on a need to know basis for when you are ready and more advanced in your pheromone usage. Your gc is on it’s way.
