# Hello from tropical island - Singapore! AMMO user

Singapore is a very humid and hot country so I’m guessing your sweat/natural none production in addition to AMMO might have caused you to OD. Maybe start with just 1 spray to the chest next time? You need to find your sweet spot. I’m also using AMMO but since it’s winter right now I feel like I can get away with more sprays.
