Hey, I’m Mitch a college kid from Van who wants to get more hits with women since I’m constantly around them. I’m a fraternity but have trouble coming off as sexual sometimes and more of a nice guy. Hopefully these pheros will help! I’m just trying to get this right, anyone who wants to shoot advice my way I’ll be happy to try and give my results to anyone.

How old are you and what do you hope to achieve in doing this over the years?

You could try;

1. TUTH - For sexual escalation
2. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) - Good All-rounder
3. IJ - For a bad-guy vibe

All these are catered towards more for those who want to come off as sexual. When you receive your GC, you can try them and get some toGO’s for minimal investment. Remember to keep a journal if you can, they come in handy when you need to look back to see what works!

I’m 6’4, 230 (farily wide muscular build). I’m 20 years old. A main question I haven’t seen answered in the FAQs is how often should you apply these things?

I was thinking of getting TUTH, Ammo, and Shine…

How often to apply the things? You must find your sweet spot with them.  
For example Ammo, it’s a sexy and social all-around product, for one person are one spray more a enough, another need for example three sprays…

Good choices this three:

Take Ammo first alone (to see what it does for you) and then add IS for mood elevating to it. If you need the sexual extra kick try TUTH. I think with this combo you have no nice guy problems anymore, but I would also read some PUA stuff like David DeAngelo. Your behavior is importent.

as to Pheromones ..

Ammo is a good thing .. i think as well that you should get some Ammo … it´s sexual .. and social at once ..

you´re going to get more respect from guy´s with it as well …

i don´t know how where you want to use the mones … but Ammo is pretty good stuff for younger guy´s when clubbing … !

hmm who often to apply mones ..

well that´s a tricky thing

i depends on your skin chemistry .. the conditions … hot ..cold .. air humidity …

as for a general rule …

social products have a higher diffusion rate as the sexual things ( that´s because of the different Pheromones in them )

so it would be necessary to reapply some stuff after a few hours te keep the effects going

[Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) has the fastest diffusion … so every two to 3 hours you need some extra

Youve already gotten really good advice so ill just say hi.If your tall and muscular,i think youve got the looks down already(\>_\<)Haha,wouldn’t worry too much.A lot of people have trouble coming across sexual once in a while.Pheremones will help set the mood but youll still have to act on it.You need to be congruent as johnnyhard said.This thread always makes fun first reading(\>_\<)So that you know what to expect when using them as they arent like the commercials where you spray and everyone loses their free will.You should definitely check out some david deangelo and leil lowndes stuff.Will help you with the conversation and how to push it along in the correct direction.

Usually around 40 sprays

The 30ml bottles have about 200 sprays and the 5ml bottles 40 sprays.

Oasis gave you some excellent advise. Still do some researching to confirm and I hope to hear amazing things from you on your results.

just got my ammo, tuth, shine, 314 and jerk just for the shits and gigs. will post results! 🙂 thanks for the help
