Hello everyone! My name is Natalie, am a 37 year old female from D.C. I am new to the world of pheromoes, and would like to get more familiar with them. I am a pretty shy and somewhat reserved person, and it is not so easy for me to initiate conversations with people, expecially males in dating scenes, such as clubs, bars, etc. Used to be married for 12 years, divorced now, and am dating a someone right no, who is not in a rush to commit. Welcome! Glad that you have found this forum! I would definitely consider and do some research into [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Sexiness as the benefits of these two pheromone are in line with the goals that you want to achieve. Instant Openness can increase the conversation and chatter from the people that are exposed to the pheromone, which may make the conversation more easier for you and it can also increase the amount of conversation from you as well. Instant Sexiness has from my experience has worked well to increase the sex appeal of the wearer. It made them more attractive and made me want to get closer to them in order to smell them. Hi Natalie 🙂 If you want to be more open and have people want to be more open with you, IH would also be a great idea. It makes both the wearer and those around them more open and less reserved. If you pair if with Instant Sexiness A, you might get more openness about people finding you super attractive. If you pair it with [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), you might get people being more open about how they like to be around you. These are just two ways you could work IH to create different effects. IH is a little on the deeper side, though, fostering communication. IO is more lighthearted and upbeat. ---
