Hello Everyone! I just signed-up and wanted to say hi. I’m a soon-to-be 21 year-old male, and I recently stumbles upon the pheremone craze that everyone here is enjoying immensely! I suppose i should start with a bit of backround! I guess you could say i was a “beta”, or The classic Nice Guy. Rather than being rude, loud, and just generally obnoxious, I had a brain when I was growing up, so I used it. I despised the classic “jock” types, yet they always got the girls they wanted. Where-as i just seemed to chase love. And in the wrong places, i might add. I worked hard, Lost ALOT of weight (75 lbs, down to 175), got all the muscle and tone built (325 bench, 550 dead-lift), stopped being shy, and just got OUT THERE. So I at least believed that i had the braun at last, with the brains. However, i still have little-to-no confidence. So, When i stumbled upon this site, i got excited at the prospect of finding a “Boost” to get me going. I did some research, and have been coming several places for about 2 weeks. This place is by far the best! Now, I know that for a new user, it will be able to mistake the new found attention that the phero’s may bring, for something else. But just knowing i can go out there and do something, will help in so many ways. Now, my objective, is just to attract women’s attention, and get some play. I have “game” so to speak, but It’s a long thing. Just need a boost/accelerant. Never went through the chase-tail everywhere phase, may as well start now while i can. Looked into a Ammo + [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) + Turn Up The Heat combo in the slightly more advanced mixer threads. But i would keep it simple and spray them seperately at the same time, rather than actually mix. I’ve always been the “Jump in and try it” type, and i fix things quickly along the way, But Should i keep it more simple? Any help would be appreciated. HI there, Welcome to the forum. YOu have selected the good phero, AMMO. It can get you the attention from girls. You will be the cnetre of attraction. Shine is good to counter your shyness. It is a booster for confident. It can also lighten your mood the the mood of the people around you. TUTH is a bit too strong at your age as you are already producing lots of natural none. I think you better stick to AMMO and SHine. Good luck ---

Hey there Dave! Welcome to the forums! Wow, way to get into shape there! Now you’ve gone and made me feel bad for only going to the gym 2-3 times a week, man. Suppose i should go more while its free … well, paid for by my tuition. But kudos to you there! Ok now, i think the first two products you mentioned would be excellent for you. Ammo is a sexual mix with -none in it, but has buffer pheromones to help prevent -none overdoses from happening, as well as a cologne cover scent built in. A very good by-itself product for getting women’s attention. Instant Shine gives off a “healthy glow” to those around you and has been known to… duh duh DUH… have the self-effect of a boost of confidence. Which i believe is exactly what you were looking for. Now Turn Up The Heat is also a sexual mix, but is much harder to use than Ammo. It is not as well buffered, and while Ammo politely describes interest in a lady, TUTH declares it loudly. It’s most useful in a club or pub, where you’ll be competing with other men’s pheromones. Or when you are already intimate with a woman and wish to bring your relationship to the next level. Instead i might recommend [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) for you. Hello Dave Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 You have picked two very masculine products in AMMO and TUTH. Not to say that you shouldn’t get them but I would not use them together till you know a bit more about anone and how much you can handle of it. AMMO is sexy, interesting, mildly arousing. Good for any occasion or environment. TUTH is club in a sexually charged atmosphere. On dates, at parties, clubs bars, etc etc… Use to much anone and you will get the opposite of desired effect. OD effect. I suggest you start with AMMO which has more depth then TUTH and some Ishine. Not a good thing. I know some people do it but believe me more of them destroy a mix then make something workable. The products are buffered and balanced already. If you mix them your can throw off the ratio and your guarantee is void. You layer the consumer products. Its keeps your mixes safe and is more versatile for when you want to just wear one mix or expand your mone arsenal and try other things. Mones are expensive, so you want to make the most of them.
