Ammo and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) can both be used at the same time. Some of the product line includes Instant Shine, Instant Honesty and Instant Openness. These can be used alone but are often used in conjunction with other mones in order to change the signal a little or amplify the effects in one specific way. I don’t know if there are any gay reporting users at this time (I haven’t checked), but the search function at the top of the page is useful. You might want to try searching “mystery boy” or “gay” or “homosexual” or something similar to see if any pops up. The similar threads link at the bottom of the page is similarly useful.
