# Hello Guys.Newbie with questions!

I’d pick up some [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) (the self effect, on me anyway, gets me out of my shell and gets me more social) and some Ammo (to spice things up at home).

I’d also suggest you read the following threads
