Hello awesome people of the pheromone land.. what up! 🙂 my name is Yash and i’m from Sri Lanka 23 year old male. Currently I’m studying accounting business and stuff while going through training at a audit firm. I’m back after a bad bad breakup and i wanna put them all behind and be awesome again haha 🙂. i was reading a book about picking up girls and i read what [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) can do and actually there are products like this, straight away i jumped into google and search for the things and found this awesome forum. I hope these products will rock my world day and night from here on and i can’t wait till i use them. Welcome Yash! I think you’ll really like it here. A lot of really helpful people around.. 🙂 Sounds like you should start up with IShine and IO. You mentioned that you went though a bad breakup. Nothing puts you in a better mood than IShine! Really, it’s awesome. IO is like an icebreaker. It’s also got great self-effects for shy guys (me included!). I know if I put on more than 2 sprays, I turn into a chatterbox! Depending on your target age girls, AMMO could be good for you if you want actual attraction. The IShine and IO will make you more appealing, but AMMO can make you straight-up sexy! AMMO gives me a confidence self-effect too! One more thing us shy guys could use. Otherwise, if you’re going for \<20 years old, you might want IG. Sorry if that sounds a little complicated. I’m terrible at expressing what I want to say 😛 P.S. You should also look into A314. It’s like magic in the workplace. People will respect and trust you more. Wear it every day, and it can even speed up a promotion! ---

Hello Yash and welcome to the forum.Skeptical has given you some good advice on different products. There are two products you can use as your phero base: [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is a great product. It has enough none in it to let the ladies know you are interested but it is balanced enough to wear anywhere. IG on the other hand does not have any none in it. It will give you a cool smooth vibe coalm alpha vibe. Pick the one you think best suits your personallity. After that the IO recommendation was a good one. It is great for starting those initial conversations. IShine that was mentioned helps make people around you happy to be near you. Also great in just about any social situation. Yes you can. Overall you can use several products together although there are a few you do not want to do that with, but these three can be used by themselves or all together. Ideally you spray them at different areas. Ammo would be your the base product. I would apply that to the bottom of your neck/top of your chest. Then you would add the IO and IShine. IO on the bottom of the wrists. IShine to the back of your neck. We call this layering. ---
