Can’t wait to learn. Need all the help I can get. I ordered a to go bottle of instant sexiness and it seems like its not working. Just tried it once today. Is there something I can add to it to boost? Maybe I didn’t spray enough. I have no idea how to mix [pheromones](https://a314.com/). I’m a little worried about mixing the wrong ones. Any help from the experts here would be very appreciated. I received a to go bottle for free of P130. Is this a men’s pheromone? If so what type? ---

Welcome. Sometimes it takes a few wearings to start to catch on to the effects. They are all human behaviors anyway, so one has to notice the pattern of differences from normal behavior. It is best to figure out several of the commercial products before one starts mixing. That way you’ll have an idea of what to expect from the mix, based on your understanding of the components. ---

Take a deep breath, and take your time. Finding your ‘sweet spot’, or optimum dosage, takes a little time and observation. Start with one spray, as you did, and do that for a few days in a row. Observe people you interact with and see what sort of reactions you observe. Then move on to two sprays, and repeat procedure. Then three…you get the idea. Once you’ve reached your sweet spot, you’ll notice that others respond to you differently, and you’ll start seeing ‘hits.’ When you’ve gone beyond your sweet spot, or are wearing too much, those hits will begin to disappear, and people will either ignore you or become confused by your phero signature. The guys were a little more flirty. But I do notice by the afternoon when I get home, I’m in the dumps. Don’t know why maybe just tired but its not my usual self. Any suggestions on anything to add? Welcome Lori, The fun part of pheromones is the journey, the testing and finding out things about yourself and others you never knew before. Please like moon suggested take a step back , test them and don’t rush the process Now, you should only add to it when you get a handle on what it does and your are totally comfortable with it We put these in so you guys can blind test and report back on the forum It has not been as successful as we liked since there are still only a few reports but we gonna keep encouraging ppl to test them out and report their findings, whatever it is here on the forum Your gc was issued!
