# Hello here for a couple of reasons. Can girls where guy hormones?

Hi Charity - Welcome to Pherotalk.

Certain Pheros are pretty much Unisex. I can’t say much about the Female line but in the Instant line, IS, IO, IH and others like CTTM2 seem to work for both sexes.

Also on the interaction front, I have found that putatives like [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/) and P114 seem to promote good close/trusting/bonding interaction between people of both sexes - P114 is maybe more friendly/chatty whilst P74 can be more bonding/trusting/professional. However, these are not really beginners pheros and it would IMO be best for you to get to grips with the Instant line and the methodology of observing/evaluating your results/responses.
