[Mr Right's adventures into being Mr Wrong!](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/mr-rights-adventures-into-being-mr-wrong/58670) hi and thanks for the encouragement. I have been having lots of fun with ammo , a314 and instant shine. I have copied a link to my new journal. I have been testing a314 together with IS and Ammo. Really effective stuff but it is the effects on my own behaviour that are the most striking. I will update the journal regularly.
