Hello! Obviously I’m a new member here, and I wish to learn more about pheromones and fragrances in general. You see, a few months ago I came across a documentary on perfumery by the BBC, and I was absolutely captivated by it. It just surprised me that when I smell a fragrance, I’m actually smelling possibly hundreds of different notes at once, and some delicate person had a nose powerful enough to make this cologne out of all of those smaller scents. It is absolutely amazing; I gained a new interest in the art of perfumery that day. Soon after, I read many more articles on perfumery and colognes; I really just dove into the subject. I wish to try [pheromone colognes](https://a314.com/shop/) not because I have troubles in the social world and desire help, but simply because I wish to see what they’re like. I wonder what the “pheromone” smells of (if anything). I wonder if they work, and, if they do work, I wonder how. I figure a good way to answer my questions is going to be to try them for myself. I am considering trying Ammunition, but, either way, I look forward to trying one of this company’s products. ---

Hi Linguafranca, Yes pheromones do smell something. That’s why cover scents are used and are made available by Androtics. You can also use your own cover scents in mixes and get [unscented pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/stealth-unfragranced/) (that’s for experienced users though). Welcome to the forums, Linguafranca! I got into pheromones for a very similar reason. Now, it’s like a hobby. I’m always interested in seeing how people behave with particular molecules or formulations. Definitely read the journals to read about users’ experiences with pheromones. Conjurator also has a great **[journal](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/conjurators-journal/64565)** about his experience with fragrances in addition to pheromones. Make sure to check it out. If you want to see pheromones in action, try Instant Shine and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) together. IShine will elevate your mood and those around you. People will feel that you’re a fun person to be with. IO will encourage people to talk. When I’ve used this combo, people were very happy and talkative. Conversation was light and humorous. This will get you sold on pheromones! Ammo is a great product, but it depends on what your goals are. To really help you out and figure out a good starting point, tell us more about yourself - gender, some situations in which you might want to experiment with pheromones (work, social, family), your overall temperament and confidence level. Hi Linguafranca, Welcome to the site. Without much info and your curiosity I suggest the starter pack either the men’s or the woman’s. Please do tell us your gender(I am assuming a man), but I have been wrong and I apologize if I am. With these kits you get everything to try and experiment with and there is no guess work because you get all of the instant line and more. As far as scent all the products are lightly scented and this helps lift the [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) molecules off the skin and into the air. I have to ask if you remember the name of that documentary? I love documentaries and I am a total Netflix junkie. ---

hi there and welcome to the forum . Is it just the perfumery thing or [Pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) , in which you are interested ? AMMO is cologne product, and smells really good, but I would say that “there is no one size fits all” formula with Pheromones. there are many molecules and combos of these molecules . If you really wanna see whether it works or not , the first get on your purpose of using mone. Then decide on the product to see its real effect. Keep posting and take care ---

I am a male (young adult). I’ve never been one who fancied social interactions, but I wouldn’t say I fear conversing with people/women; I’m just simply not a social person. I would much rather read than go to a party. Honestly, I’m not really trying these colognes because I want some sort of social effect. I suppose I might want my cologne to give me more confidence, but I truly am just trying these because I want to see what they smell like. So, I suppose I should ask which smells the best. Thank you so much for the video. I wrote up on what I got and thought of the different scent options in my journal. Most of the scents in the Instant line is [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/) or Ammo. The scent options are usually for single molecules.
