Hello everyone, I’m new here so I’m going to post a little introduction of myself. I’m 20 years old, male, living in Southern California. Currently I’m working full time and living a quiet, introverted life. I’ve always been a pretty shy and introverted person, and I haven’t had too many friends throughout my life. My current goals right now are to tackle my social problems and to become more comfortable in my own skin. I discovered pheromones when I was doing some research on shyness and things to give a little socializing boost. After finding out about pheromones through google I quickly became interested. I have an open mind to anything that can help put you in a “socializing mood” and pheromones seemed like the perfect thing. I ordered my first [pheromone spray](https://a314.com/product-category/spray-pheromones/) last week, “Instant Shine”. After reading through the website and browsing the forums I decided “Instant Shine” was what I was looking for. This is because I feel like I socialize best when I’m in a “silly” mood. When I’m being silly I tend to be more talkative and content around people. If I’m not in the right mood, I typically just sit quietly through social situations - untalkative and isolated. Rarely do I “warm-up” and start joking around with people I’m not familiar with, which is why I decided that “Instant Shine” would be beneficial for me. So I got my bottle of “Instant Shine” and did some experimenting. I sprayed myself 3 times and kept sniffing my shirt to see if I would notice any difference in my mood. I didn’t notice much of a difference when I was alone, but when I’m talking to friends or family I can really notice that I’m much more comfortable and more smooth with my words. It made me slightly more talkative than usual. No major results or anything, although I haven’t had much time to do a lot of testing. For first impressions of “Instant Shine” I can say that I’ve noticed some subtle differences in socialzing but I still need more time to really explore the benefits. So that is basically my intro to pheromones. If you would like to help me out, I am looking for pheromones that will help me with keeping the conversation going and also elevate my mood. I’d love to hear any recommendations! What are the best pheromones that will help someone who is normally quiet in social situations?? Oh and by the way, thank you for having a forum with such a community! It’s awesome to read that other people are getting results with these products! ---

hey man, welcome to the forums. Instant Shine was an excellent choice imo. certainly one of the most productive [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) that i’ve used but i’ve also had to upgrade to straight up TAA at a higher dose, i think i’m well beyond 50mcg’s at a time with that stuff. you might get a lot out of CTTM 2, i’ve been using this one recently and you can certainly use it in combination with IS, not only will you and others close to you feel better just because of Instant Shine but with a combination of -nol’s, CTTM 2 should open up and keep conversations flowing, allowing you a chance to let your new self out. you said you were sniffing your shirt after spraying 3 sprays of Instant Shine, but i didn’t know if you actually sprayed your shirt or ? some people do spray their clothes, i tend not to because it is difficult to get them out after awhile and i also like the way that the pheros “grow” on me after they’ve been on my skin, or in my hair. ---

Welcome to the forum. nol is good for socializing. IH and io are both good nol products, each with slightly different flavors. CTTM2 can be approximated with equal mixtures of ih and io. Self effects tend to go away after a few uses. However, the effects on others still work, and provide you with positive feedback so people often see enduring changes in their own behavior. ---

Hello you Huge Jerk and awelcome to the forum .. lol. Really - welcome. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is a great social product and i am glad you gave it a try. A lot of the results of these products are subtle - but they do work so just go about your business knowing they are working for you in the background. So now you have two things to do. First you need to keep working with the IShine until you find your sweet spot. next you need to start thinking about what you are going to purchase next with your gift certificate. You have a lot of choices, so I would just get one of everything … lol. Welcome and good luck testing. ---

I had a pretty good time playing with [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and IO at the company party. I got a little TOO boisterous, though, but I’m not what I would consider as introverted. ---

Hey guys, thanks for the feedback. I have been spraying the IS on my clothes.. I didn’t know it’s better when sprayed on the skin! I’ll start spraying more on my neck/wrists. I’ve been spraying IS everyday, still trying to find the correct dosage for me. I’ve noticed a difference in socializing even when it’s just me and my girlfriend talking. IS seems to help me feel connected and playful with the people around me, which is awesome for helping me speak up in groups. Right now I’d say about 5-6 sprays does me well.. is that overdoing it? What would a high dosage of IS be? I’m really interested in ordering more pheromones but I’m finding it hard to decide which ones to order when they all sound so good! Right now I’m thinking of ordering either [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) or Instant Honesty, or maybe both. I wish I could buy them all! Can someone describe TAA or MX203? What’s in it? What are the effects? I know it’s probably a stupid newb question but I can’t find much of a description for these two ☹ ---

best thing to do is order to go bottles so you can try them out. and man your already ahead of most of us if you have a girlfriend lol ---

Hello There, Excellant report on Ishine thank you for sharing it with us. 😃 I suggest next bottle you get 2X . It will be more cost effective for you and you wont over scent. Now IO and IH are both great socials to get. IO is chatty fun comfortable. IH is for more deep conversations and connection. You may want to check out AMMO as well.
