Hi there. You have already recieved some great advice. AMMO should be good for you, but in small doses, as you are young and producing enough -none naturally. Definitelly, a 1Alpha said, go with regular strength versionn. Should be enough. Doing a simple search, I´ve found some threads related to asian guys using pheros or to asian girls.
