Hi Michael and welcome to the forum! I would recommend the [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) for you to begin with as they will help to boost your confidence and feel good about yourself. IO will make you and the people you are around feel chatty and it is an excellent icebreaker. IH deepens the quality of the conversation and creates deeper bonds in relationships. IS is a mood enhancer and makes you and the people you are aound feel great. CTTM2 makes you really freindly and approachable. I would also recommend IG as you will be seen as capable and trustworthy whilst giving you confidence in a cool, laid back kind of way. I would also recommend Ammo in attracting the girls. Feel free to talk about your family and how much they mean to you during conversations. A protective nurturing quality with regard to loved ones is also very attractive. As you shift your focus from women, or even a particular woman and focus on you you’ll be more relaxed and at ease…ie confident. You’ll see signs of respect and interest from women adding solid grounding to your confidence. ---
