Hi, Recently i heard about the new science and i got interest to join this community where i am sure i will get maximum support and guide. below are the details about me: Age: 25 yrs Sex: Male Complexion: Fair Height: 160 Cm Origin: Asia (India) Build: Few extra pounds. Hello and welcome to the forum!! For you I would suggest looking into ammo for sex appeal, and instant shine and instant openness for confidence and being able to hold a convo. For work I would suggest A314 which will help with respect. Hope this helps! Good luck! ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. Pretty straightforward introduction there. But it still helps to know what kind of personality you have to fine tune the recommendations. For work the answer is A314. It will give you a serious alpha male I am the boss knida vibe. But you will also have to live up to that or people will ignore the vibe and treat you the way you act. The only downside to the strong respect you can get is what i call “respect distance”. A lot of people might give you a little extra room - something that you may not be used to. To offset that I use [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/). It generates feelings of connection and helps generate conversations as a result. A great product for general attraction is Ammo. It is none based but at your age you will be able to use it just fine. It will certainly let the ladies know that you are interested but it is balanced enough that you could wear it to work. The great thing is that A314 and Ammo pair well for the social and romance world. Read the thread in my signautre block about using the two together. The next product you might conside is Instant shine. It could work well with A314 at work and certainly on the social side with Ammo. OK, the guys have already given you great advice, now it’s my turn. If you aren’t the sort of personality to carry the A314 image, then I would suggest you look at Instant Gentleman, it gives a similar impression without the respect distance problems. I live in India. Diamond’s advice about instant Gentleman in lieu of A314 is also a very good recommendation. Something to seriously think about. IFM helps women relax around men. It does not create sexual attraction in itself but by helping women to feel relaxed around you may well help them be more receptive to your advances. gfiven the fact that you are shy you may want to think a little more about instant Gentleman and IO rather than A314 and [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/). ---

A314 will give you a very strong leader vibe. But you will have to be able to be a strong leader at work. if you do not act like a strong leader at work people will ignore the message the A314 is sending at treat you as they would normally. ---

prince, no pheromone will initiate a relationship for you, it is still up to you to start the process, talk to the ladies etc. All the pheromone can do is to act like a support and make things a little easier. Like BH, I think you would do better with Instant Gentleman and Instant Openness, this is the closest to what you are looking for. So you have two objectives more respect at work and something to attract the ladies. Now A314 would be fine for just work but I would not use it for attraction. It will increase respect and up your status. In a work environment even though your shy you pretty much have to interact with others. Now if work is where you plan to attract the ladies that’s different. First things first. You need to try each one on its own to find your dosage and see what each does for you before you jump into combos. We are all different and have different chemistrys so dosage can be a personal thing. Start with one spray and go out see if you get any indicators. If not move up to 2 sprays and so on till you find your dosage range for each product Best application points are places that heat up on the body Except pits and groin. Pulse points, neck, upper chest, hair, back of neck. forearms, wrists . Play around with different spots and you will find your favorites. I would suggest using IG and Ishine for when you want to be take more serious and up status AMMO and Ishine to up the sex appeal and personal draw. Tisha ---

Without knowing your dosages I would go with something like … If its a first date go with IG and Ishine 2 sprays of IG chest or neck. 3 sprays of Ishine chest neck hair.
