So this is what I PM’d Jasmine and she suggested I ask on the boards, so here goes:

Hi Jasmin,

Thank you for the warm welcome. I actually had some questions regarding [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/), or more specifically, which one I should try.

The first goal is getting a new job! Things at work are rubbish and I’m sending resumes out like crazy. What’s a good pheromone for interviews?

The second is a boost for my self esteem. I’ve gotten a bit chunky due to a back injury and subsequent surgery, so something to assist in boosting my self esteem would be great!

The third is starting to date again, so something that would make the lads come running would be fantastic.

The fourth is: Are there any publications (scientific or otherwis) that address pheromone efficacy in humans?

FYI: I’m 37 with O positive blood type. I have a weird diet as I’m gluten and lactose intolerant.

Also, I’m a HUGE fan of perfumes. Can I wear my favorites with the products and not have the scents changed?

Thank you in advance for you answer!

A

Anyway, as you can see, I am an utter novice at this! Any and all would really be appreciated!

Gracias! 😃

> Hi, Winger. I just noticed your introduction. Welcome to the forum. Thank you for your questions, and your skepticism! I think it’s great. I’m sorry some people gave you answers which you view as unrealistic or even hostile. Many people enjoy the fact that [pheromones](https://a314.com/) have not reached mainstream acceptance, so they can keep the technology to themselves for as long as possible. That’s from where much of the hostility stems. They’re just being selfish in the most effective way they know how. …

also:

[Entrez PubMed](http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?db=pubmed&cmd=Retrieve&dopt=Abstract&list_uids=9483874&query_hl=139&itool=pubmed_docsum)

For job interviews: I would say MX105 or MX134 (these are test mixes).

For self-esteem - see above. Also Instant Shine.

For dating: Most women like Instant Sexiness A or B. I’m just now trying out the Drive Him Crazy series (test mixes again) and so far I like them better than IS-A, haven’t tried IS-B yet. [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), Instant Shine, and Come Talk To Me-2 are also good socially, just not as specifically sexual.

You can wear your perfumes with the products that are scented with neroli/musk; most of us do. It’s very light and easy to cover.

Have fun exploring!

I am sure you did more by stating what you would like to have happen , because all of those things change with intent. Intent inspires you to action…which brought you here!
We are all novices, alia , because im not convinced any of us know how complex/deep pheromones are in their ability to affect change. All we know as willing participants here is that they work, and they are found in higher concentration/better quality HERE. Im sure eventually other companies will follow suit as the consumers begin to value quality over quanitity.
Anyhoo, Instant sexi A does well for my self esteem, I think its because I feel more in my element wearing it, and whatever you end up trying will be prioritized in value by who you are as a personality and what resonates with that…in other words, something here surely will exaggerate/bring out the best part of alia…and its experimenting that will determine that.
Carrie’s suggestions are always invaluable and I am sure she has stated a winner in there for you, but for me I recommend collecting them like a hobby and using them as situations dictate, and creating your own little personal arsenal to be used as your moods change.
Can you tell I like to experiment?
Let us know what happens in those situations you are wanting to improve.
